Shri Arvind Madhav Singh is a former PCCF & HoFF, Assam having over 35 years of rich experience across State and Central Governments. Over the years, he has held several key leadership roles, including Joint Secretary in the Ministry of DoNER, Inspector General of Forests in MoEFCC, Chairman of the Assam Pollution Control Board, and Professor at IGNFA, Dehradun. Known for his deep understanding of sustainable forest management, certification systems, and carbon initiatives, he has played an important role in shaping policies and strengthening institutions, including the development of the Vriksha Certification Scheme. As Director General of NCCF, he guided the creation of national standards in forestry, carbon, and ecotourism in the recent past. He currently serves as CEO of the Centre for Sustainable Green Economy (CSGE), where he continues to lead impactful work in nature-based solutions, wildlife management, and environmental sustainability.

With deep expertise in wildlife management, biodiversity conservation, and regulatory frameworks, he strengthens CSGE’s work across policy advisory, project implementation, and stakeholder engagement. He plays a key role in driving high-impact initiatives, strengthening compliance and evaluation systems, and guiding interdisciplinary projects aligned with sustainability and conservation goals. His experience supports CSGE in bridging policy, science, and on-ground implementation for scalable environmental solutions.

Pramod Kumar (PFS) serves as the Senior Administration Manager at CGSE Secretariat, bringing with him more than three decades of distinguished experience in public administration and environmental governance. Over the course of his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership in operational management, policy implementation, and institutional coordination. Known for his strategic approach and commitment to excellence, he has consistently worked toward improving administrative efficiency, strengthening compliance mechanisms, and supporting sustainable development initiatives Before joining the Secretariat, Mr. Kumar had an extensive career with the Uttar Pradesh Forest Department, where he served in multiple districts and was promoted to Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Gautam Buddh Nagar, a position he held until his retirement in September 2025. His professional journey reflects deep expertise in team leadership, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. With a strong academic background that includes a Master’s Diploma in Forestry from FRI University and a Gold Medalist MA in Economics from Agra University, he continues to contribute valuable insights to institutional governance and organizational development
